About the event
Join us in celebrating The Wellsville Great Balloon Rally with a Sip and Paint! This Sip and Paint is suitable for people of all artistic levels and will have a prefinished background. This course will take place at Book Cellars, a local wine and book bar in Wellsville, NY! This course is guided by local artist, Shelby Whitesell! Drinks will be provided by Book Cellars, one free drink is included in ticket price! Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available! At the end of this one and a half hour class you will take home your very own 16"x20" painting!
